LBL Grande Tournament — Privacy Policy
1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how the LBL Grande Tournament (“Tournament”), operated by Lucky's Ledger (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal data of tournament participants and website visitors.
1.2 By registering for or participating in the Tournament, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1.3 Lucky's Ledger is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under License No. ALSI-082404003-FI1.
2.1 Registration data: email address, display name, and team selection.
2.2 Authentication data: OAuth tokens (Google) or magic link tokens for session management.
2.3 Tournament data: bet slip screenshots, declared odds and stakes, match results, scores, and standings.
2.4 Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
2.5 Communication preferences: email subscription status and unsubscribe records.
3.1 To operate the Tournament: registration, matchmaking, scoring, leaderboards, and prize distribution.
3.2 To verify bet slips through automated extraction (Claude AI) and manual CSV verification from Lucky's Ledger sportsbook records.
3.3 To send tournament-related emails: registration confirmations, match notifications, and tournament updates.
3.4 To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure fair play through security monitoring and audit logging.
3.5 To display public leaderboards and bracket standings using your display name and team affiliation.
We use the following third-party services to operate the Tournament:
4.1 Bet slip images are processed by Claude AI for data extraction only and are not used for model training.
4.2 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5.1 Personal data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls limited to authorized personnel.
5.2 Bet slip images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage with access restricted to tournament administrators.
5.3 Authentication sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies with CSRF protection.
5.4 All data transmissions are encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
6.1 Tournament data (scores, standings, match history) is retained for 12 months after the Tournament ends for record-keeping and dispute resolution.
6.2 Bet slip images are retained for 6 months after the Tournament ends, then permanently deleted.
6.3 Account data is retained until you request deletion or 12 months after the Tournament ends, whichever comes first.
7.1 Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
7.2 Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
7.3 Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to our retention obligations.
7.4 Unsubscribe: You may unsubscribe from tournament emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

8.1 We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are strictly necessary for the Tournament to function.
8.2 We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how participants use the platform. These can be disabled in your browser settings.
8.3 We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set cookies as part of the verification process.
9.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered participants.
9.2 Continued participation in the Tournament after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
